1. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted suppliers and design partners located across Europe, Asia and North America. Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse available to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

 2. How long does shipping take?

Our average delivery time is 15-25 days, depending on your location and product availability. As of right now, due to high demand, delivery times may be as long as 35 days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

4. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging.
We’ll quickly arrange a refund depending on the situation.
